Paul got Monday and Tuesday off which was so fun to be together as a family.  We spent Monday in Carson City and Tuesday in Reno.  I had a doctor's appointment and Paul got to hear the baby's heart beat for the first time.  Mary loves Finding Nemo and would watch it every day if we let her.  She repeated the line, "Nemo touched the butt," which was pretty funny.   Wednesday I felt the baby kick for the first time and felt kicks a few more times throughout the end of the week.  We went to the park with Kynlee but Mary wasn't very social, so they didn't really play together.  Mary was interested in catching a butterfly and tried to lure one in by running around with a dandelion yelling, "come here butterfly! Butterfly, where are you?"  When she spotted one and it seemed to run away from her she got frustrated and whispered, "Come on! Okay, shhhh. Come here butterfly".  I think she remembered how she had to be slow and quiet in order...

Monday I was putting Mary to bed and she kept bringing up that, on her show, baby sharks tv broke,  I think it was a little distressing for her.  Tuesday we watched the warriors v. kings play-in game, unfortunately the warriors lost.  Happy birthday to Ben on Thursday!  A lot of our friends are out of town this week but we were able to see Megan and Kynlee at the park, which was a lot of fun.   We were able to get outside everyday this week, one day Mary met a new friend, Ryan.  He shared his matchbox cars with her and they played together for two hours.  Mary got a little cut on her arm and Ryan gave her a kiss on the cheek to help her feel better. That's her first kiss from a boy haha.  Friday we all woke up in the middle of the night and had a little pow-wow and Mary ended up staying in our room for the rest of the night.  Mary says pliget for piglet. Sunday I taught the sunbeams during the second hour.  ShaLay plays the f...

Monday night Mary jumped off of a bench in our room and hit her eye on our bed frame which resulted in a pretty bad black eye.  Tuesday Mary and I packed up for our trip and reached out to Barbara Cook to see if we could come stay with them for a few days.  Mary got up that night from having a nightmare about bees and couldn't sleep in her bed. Wednesday we drove to Bruce and Barb's house in Laguna Hills.  Mary was so good in the car and we were able to get there at 4:30 pm.  We had a nice time visiting with them before we made a spaghetti dinner together.  They have a little kitten which Mary adored and that immediately broke the ice for Mary to feel comfortable in their home. Thursday we went to Legoland.  I have never been and Paul hasn't been since he was a kid, so we were excited to check it out.  We went on a dinosaur ride, ninja ride, and our favorite was either the mummy ride or a submarine ride where we saw cool underwater animals....

This week was super warm and Mary and I were outside as much as possible.  We met a new friend on Monday, Amber and her daughter, Phoenix.  We ran into them again on Wednesday at the park and the girls played together for a little while before they left. Amber introduced me to some of her other friends that were there.  Their kids played really well with Mary. ShaLay and her girls came a little later in the afternoon as did Megan and Kynlee.  Mary got to play with so many kids that day and was in heaven.   That night we watched Casablanca for the first time and really enjoyed it.  We tried to find another classic film to watch over the weekend but didn't have much luck.  Friday we went to Reno and went to the trampoline park.  Mary helped some older girls make a fort out of foam blocks.   This weekend we watched General Conference.  I made a fun breakfast on Saturday and we had the sisters over for the Sunday aftern...
