Monday we played in the backyard in Mary's blow-up pool and she kept jumping into the pool yelling, "my keys!" haha I think it is from Bluey.  Tuesday Mary woke up at 4 am and that kind of rocked our day but we still went to the splash pad in the afternoon and met up with the Durocher's.  Wednesday we went over to April's house and the Durocher's were there as well.  All the kids played on the slip and slide and we ate lunch together, Mary also got to meet April's new cat and feed her bunny.  We went home for a minute then went to the library with our same play group from that morning and watched the family movie that the library put on.   Thursday we went to the exercise class and stayed until 11:30 just hanging out.  It was nice because most of the time we get home by 11 so we enjoyed the extra time with friends.  We went straight to Paula's after and Mary loved playing with Penny and tried Nutella for the first time!  Friday Ma...

Tuesday we watched a baby for a single dad in the ward while he went to a job interview.  Mary had so much fun showing the baby her toys.  Wednesday we spent the day in Reno going to doctor's appointments then to the trampoline park and Costco before going home.  We made it back to Fernley in time to go to the movie "night" they have at the library each week. After the movie we ran a couple more errands before going home and making dinner.  Surprisingly, we still beat Paul home!   Thursday we went to the exercise class, which was fun as usual.  Sunday we went to church and Mary was so good at folding her arms during the prayers and she would hold the hymn book and do her best to sing the hymns as well.  She had a great time in nursery and was so excited to show us her artwork where she got to use glue to stick little papers on a big paper.  I had a RS meeting that afternoon and we enjoyed the rest of the day spending time as ...

This week was so hot there was an excessive heat warning for our area.  We went to the pool/splash pad on Tuesday and Mary picked out a floatie vest with an octopus playing the drums.  Wednesday we went to the library for their family movie night and saw Wish.   Thursday was the 4th.  We started the day by going to the parade.  There were a lot of vintage cars at the beginning so Mary said she loved seeing "all the cars" for the rest of the day.  Our friends were in the parade, Mary thought that was so fun and cool to see Lydia and EverLee on the float.  That night we drove up to the hillside and watched the fireworks up there.  It was perfect because we saw a lot of fireworks and didn't have to worry about traffic or the fireworks being too loud for Mary. Friday we went to the library and learned about volcanoes and Mary got to make and paint her own mini volcano.  Saturday I went to a girls night and we watched Th...
