Katie is developing more independence. We went on a family hike and she didn't want to hold our hands if she didn't have to. She wants to do it on her own. She also is very interested in using the toilet. She wants to poop in it but she ends up sitting there for ten minutes and playing with toilet paper. Mary said some funny things this week like when she was pretending to be my pillow and I pretended to eat her she said, "Mom! You gross me out!" I coughed a little one morning and she said, "Mom, do you have a frog in your throat?" Mary tries very hard to do what I ask and be a good helper to me. She is so loving and service minded. Mom : I had a really rough week this week. I got up Monday to do my workout and I had a hard time breathing again - the same as before I went to the ER in May. I was also very light headed. I ended up going to the ER again and getting all the same stuff done - EKG, chest x-ray, CT scan. They could see my lung is healing and has t...

Katie loves to say, "no way!" Jack Durocher is her favorite person. Whenever I tell her we're going to see Jack, she gets her shoes and waits excitedly by the door for us to be ready. Mary said, "Is that so?" when I was talking to her this week. She loves to say, "I told you!" Lydia finished school this week and came over to our house on Friday. Mary was so excited to see her friend again. Mary practiced reading and writing every day this week. Mom posted 3 more videos this week on social media. They did okay but she has more ideas for this next week and will hopefully get ahead of it a bit more. She walked 4 nights this week and did 3 days of weights. Dad is really honing his health goals. He successfully completed his second 36 hour fast this week and is taking pictures and videos to document his health journey. He figured out a way to do rows using the bench and the bar, which he is excited about. Monday was a normal day of cleaning the house and ge...

Katie is getting her canines in. She was sweeping and the dust mop folded and the fabric part came off. She said, "darn it!" Mary said some funny stuff this week like, "Okay, suit yourself." "According to my research, this is how mermaids grow their tails." Mom posted 3 reels for her business this week and posted stories the other days. The music recital went well for her violin students! Dad is feeling better about work because he teamed up with his friends/coworkers on a project that he's excited about. Monday was our normal cleaning day and I taught violin in the evening. Tuesday I took the girls to dance and taught violin. Our neighbor invited us over to her daughter's house where we got to see her baby lambs, chickens, turkeys, and horses. Mary and Katie had so much fun. Wednesday we went to the park with the Gochenour's and Durocher's. Thursday we went to the exercise class at the church. That evening I taught piano for 2.5 hours. Dad...
