Monday was a busy day, we got the laundry, groceries, and some meal prep done then Nana got to our house at 1:30 pm, we're glad she made it safely.  We had a good evening visiting and watching Moana, Mary's new favorite movie.  Mary loves to quote Moana by saying, "choose someone else," and handing me a little jewel. Tuesday, I had my last doctor's appointment.  Nana and Mary dropped me off and the nurse made some efforts to kick start labor.  I requested my induction date get moved up from October 1st to September 27th and the office said they would contact scheduling and let me know.  After the doctor, we went shopping, went to lunch, then came back home and went for a walk to the park.  I did some curb walking to see if it could help get some contractions going. Paul worked the second half of the week from home. Wednesday, we went out to breakfast, did more curb walking and played at the park, and watched the new Inside Out movie.  Befor...

Monday, we got some rain and Mary loved playing outside in it.  I taught violin and got Christmas music to my student to practice while we're not having lessons for the next little bit.  Wednesday, I had a doctor's appointment, and everything is looking good with baby Katie.  We went to the mall after, and Mary loved playing at the playground there. Thursday, we had our weekly exercise class and got a few more baby gifts.  We had fun organizing the gifts at home and hanging up some decorations from the baby shower in the girl's room.  Friday, we went to the park with the Durocher's and Saturday we went to Kynlee's birthday party.  The Gochenour's were also at the birthday party, Mary and EverLee fought very hard to not open Kynlee's presents for her.  Mary loved a weekend full of friends. Funny things Mary said this week: She was playing outside and brought several rocks over to show me, but she didn't want me to touch them, ...

Monday, I woke up having contractions and thought I was in labor, so we dropped Mary off at our neighbor, April Kimball's, house and headed to Reno. Mary helped April feed her chickens, rabbits, and cat and Mary also got to paint and make a bracelet, she had a great time! My contractions subsided a little once we got there but we checked in to see what was going on.  I was not dilated at all, and they ended up sending us home.  I was fatigued and nauseated the rest of the day with occasional contractions.  Wendy got to our house that night. Tuesday, I felt much better and went about the day normally, doing chores and running errands.  Wendy, Mary and I went to the library for story time and met up with our friends, Maria and Giovi.  Wendy brought play dough for Mary and Mary was in heaven playing with it. Wednesday, I had Wendy watch Mary while I went to my doctor's appointment.  Thursday morning Wendy drove home.  Mary and I went to the exercis...

This week has been a lot of deep cleaning to get ready for baby Katie.  I've been doing a lot of organizing and getting all the baby stuff out and situated.  I had a RS meeting on Wednesday.  Paul had a work dinner on Thursday.  Mary and I had the weekly exercise class on Thursday and Mary picked out some nail polish while we were running errands and we painted each other's nails.  When she wants me to look at something she now says, "check it out!" This weekend we did a lot of yard work, we got some trees and bushes planted and reseeded our grass for the fall.  I also took Mary to a birthday party that was luau themed and she loved jumping in the bounce castle they had.   Monday I was able to unpack a little bit before we went to my doctor's appointment in Reno.  We ran some errands then came home and napped.  I wanted to take Mary to the park but we were both so tired from this last week of traveling.  I taught violin that night. Tuesday I finished unpacking and got our house cleaned up before going to the church to set up for the RS activity that night.  We Facetimed with Addie and heard about her first day of preschool.  The activity went well, we had 8 women present on women in the Book of Mormon and enjoyed time to visit together as sisters.   Wednesday I got a lot of organizing done regarding our baby stuff then we just played in the backyard in the afternoon.  Thursday we went to Lake Tahoe with 5 other families in Fernley and it was so fun!  We went to Sand Harbor and it was the first time we got to enjoy the lake since moving to Nevada.  We just had a relaxed day of playing in the sand and...
