Monday we had our water softener malfunction and had someone come fix it on Wednesday. A woman in the ward asked if I could teach her grandson violin, and I told her we could start in November, hopefully that will go well. Paul had a late-night meeting with their Japanese customer, and it was a great opportunity for him to be included in the meeting.
Tuesday Mary and I went on a walk then went to the park to play. We got home and put together our patio furniture and we love having it set up, we play outside so much more now.
Thursday, we went to the weekly play group and ShaLay was there with her mom and their kids. I was surprised she came because she is 40 weeks pregnant, but the baby seems to be really comfortable. It has been a couple of weeks since Mary has gotten to play with Lydia and EverLee and they instantly started playing together as soon as we showed up, it was so cute and fun.
Happy birthday to Eliza on Friday! We had a guy come test the water to make sure it was fixed from Wednesday, and it looks like it is in good working order. That night Mary threw up, I got her cleaned up and she went right back to sleep. I think it must have been some pasta I made for her that made her feel sick.
Saturday we were able to watch two of the three sessions of conference, and I made cinnamon rolls. Sunday, we watched both sessions and went on a walk between. I made a spaghetti dinner that night and Mary refused to eat any of it, which ended up being super lucky because Paul and I got so sick from eating it. We were up all night throwing up and Mary slept so well, I'm very grateful for that.
