 This week has been great weather and we've been enjoying playing outside and looking for ladybugs.  Paul enjoyed watching the NBA playoffs.  Mary has also been a great eater and has eaten all the meals I've made, I'm glad she is exploring new foods now.  Tuesday I put on a RS activity about meal prep and did a demo on smoothie meal prepping and another sister showed us how to prep and freeze breakfast burritos.  A handful of sisters came and we collected some recipes to make a ward cookbook.  

Wednesday we had a playdate with April and William Kimball who live across the street.  Mary and William played together well and I liked getting to know April better. Mary was helping me clean up her toys before they came over and she sang, "clean up, clean up, everybody to you!" to the tune of the clean up song then switching to the tune of happy birthday.  Thursday we did the weekly exercise class which was a lot of fun, as usual.  Paul got the opportunity to present the progress of his lab directly to the CTO and said it went very well.

Friday we went to the library.  Mary learned some new sign language, listened to some fun stories, did a craft, then played with some toys they had.  I will have to take her more often because she loved it so much.  Paul surprised us by coming home at lunchtime and we started our holiday weekend early.  Saturday we did a deep clean of the house, did some yard work, and then had a family movie night.  Sunday we went to church and some after church meetings then we had the sister missionaries and the Del Peloso's over for dinner in the evening.  Mary loved playing with their daughter, Penny, and they both loved playing with Izzy.  Mary had me put some socks on her once she saw that she had the same socks as Penny and she wanted to match her.  After that Mary wanted to go for a walk so we did that before putting her to bed.  

Mary has been helping me water our grass and plants in the backyard but she does try to spray me with the hose every time!  She warns me she's about to spray me by yelling, "I'm gonna get you!"  We've been going on walks in the evenings because it is getting lighter and warmer and Mary likes stopping at each fire hydrant we pass and inspecting it before moving on.

Grandpa Christensen sent an old picture of Mom from 2002 (7 years old) when her class got to sing a song for the Salt Lake Olympics.  Dad says Mom and Mary look similar when looking at these old pictures.

Monday I got up and pumped first thing. Paul was feeling like he wanted to go out and do something so we got ready and drove to Fallon to eat breakfast at the Wild Horse Cafe (we got takeout, of course). Mary was sad the whole drive down then Paul was sad because they soaked his whole breakfast in gravy. Everyone was upset there for a minute but we all calmed down and ate breakfast in the Fallon Walmart parking lot. Paul went in to see if they had egg whites, but they did not have them. We drove home and played outside for a bit. After I put Katie down for a nap I pumped again and Mary watched Snow White. She wasn't too scared of it, which surprised me. I cleaned up then Katie was up again. We got some Papa Murphy's pizza for dinner then watched Cinderella, which Mary loved! Monday we all slept in. When we all were awake we played in Mary's room then made breakfast. I put Katie down for a nap then pumped. Once Katie got up we drove to Fallon and got Little Caesars pizza. It was good but my tooth is still sore from getting a filling last week. We went to the park and played for an hour before heading back home. We went to Walmart for some fig newtons and chocolate milk. I tried to put Katie down for a nap but it didn't take. I pumped then cleaned up a bit. Paul made scones and I used up the rest of our honey and made honey butter. Katie went down for a nap then. We watched The Incredibles then Katie woke up. Paul fed her while I taught violin. I brushed Mary's teeth after the lesson then put Katie to bed and Paul put Mary to bed. I pumped again before going to sleep. Tuesday marked our 8 year anniversary of the day we got engaged. Monday morning Katie woke up at 7 and we saw Paul off to work. We played together until Mary got up at 7:45. I got my room cleaned then put Katie down for a nap. I had breakfast then finished writing my paragraph while Mary watched a movie. I watered the grass then cleaned the living room and kitchen before Katie woke up. I cleaned Mary's room and started the laundry then cleaned the playroom and office while the girls played with toys. I played with the girls then put Katie down for her second nap. I put a show on for Mary and I exercised and showered then watched Bluey with Mary. We made dinner together (spaghetti). Paul came home early so he could set up the squat rack that was delivered today. I made up the bed and Mary helped me. Katie woke up then. I brushed Mary's teeth while Paul practiced guitar. He put Mary to bed and I played with Katie before putting her to bed. Mary wandered in and I cuddled with her while cuddling Katie on my other side. Paul came in...
