February 3-9 2025

Monday was rough because I woke up early (2 am) on my own then Katie was up twice and both girls were wide awake at 6 am. I exercised, then we walked to the park as a family. We drove to Reno and had lunch at Five Guys for my birthday. We celebrated early so Paul didn't feel stressed about money half way through the month, which turned out to be lucky for me. Katie fell asleep in the car after lunch so Paul got his haircut then we went to Costco. We went to Smith's to grab a couple more things but they were out so we went to Walmart on the way home. I put Katie to bed and we deep cleaned. I taught violin then the washing machine was still acting up so Paul ran to Lowe's to grab a new hose to see if that helped. He put it on while I put Katie to bed. He got Mary to bed and I went to check on her after Katie fell asleep. She wasn't in her bed though, she was laying on the couch with a blanket. That broke my heart, I got her back into her own bed and laid with her until she fell asleep.
Tuesday I was still tired because Katie got up to eat once in the night then both girls were up early again. I put the laundry away then got Katie down for a nap while Mary watched a movie. I exercised and Mary wanted to be with me but I didn't want her playing around the weights so I put her in the car and just rolled the windows down. She said, "I pushed the triangle (hazards). That was naughty. I don't want to be naughty." I got lunch for Mary after that then meal prepped my lunches for the week. We played outside for a bit then I put Katie down for a nap. Mary took a bath then we made dinner (cowboy casserole). Katie got up and hung out in the baby carrier while I cleaned then Paul got home and we went to bed. Katie was up 2 times to eat that night.
Wednesday we got to sleep in then we went to the Catholic church over by the high school for the homeschool group meet up. I decided to go because both Caitlyn and Maria said they were going and I like both of them. Mary made a love bug and some valentines. We sat by a mom named Megan and met her kids, Brock and McKenzie. She was cute and she looked a lot like Meghan Trainor but with red hair. We came home and played outside for a bit before I put Katie down for a nap and exercised. We played for the rest of the day before making dinner (salmon) then cleaning up before Paul got home. We got to hang out for a bit before I put Katie to bed. Katie only got up once to eat that night.
Thursday we went to the exercise class at the church, April taught Zumba. There was a good turn out, Rylie Johnson and Jessica came and another mom I didn't get her name. It's always fun when there's more people. We hung out for a while before and after the class and didn't get home until 11:30. I got Katie down for a nap then Mary and I got to play together. She took a bath and we got some stuff off my todo list. Katie got up and we made dinner (quesadillas) then cleaned up. We played for a while since Paul got home late. He had a bad day. He had a meeting with their associate and Hiro was supposed to advocate for them but instead threw them under the bus.
Friday I saw that one of my packages came and I thought it was the hair pins and I wanted to wear them so I ran down to the mailbox but it ended up being my new slippies. Paul had left but both girls were asleep so I thought it would be okay. I ran down the street which was surprisingly easy but then I ran out of breath and walked all the way back.. I showered and we cleaned the house then the Gochenour's came over for a playdate. I had forgotten Mary's Woody doll at the church the day before and ShaLay ran by the church and grabbed it for us, it was so nice of her. Katie napped in the afternoon and I exercised and Mary watched Moana. Paul got home and had his dinner (egg salad sandwich) and we watched a little bit of Lady and the Tramp before putting Katie to bed.
Mary was up at 5 am on Saturday and I tried to have her go back to sleep in our bed since Paul was up already but she wasn't going back to sleep so I eventually put her back in her bed. She was tired when it was time to go to dance but we got there. She had fun and got a sticker then we went home and made breakfast. Katie fell asleep in the car seat so I cleaned up while she was sleeping then we played for a bit before she took a proper nap and I exercised. We had lunch then I bathed both girlies then we went to the library. We got home and made some pizza then I tried to put Katie to bed and Paul came home early. We watched Arrested Development and Bugs Life before getting the girls to bed.
Sunday we had an early morning but I was able to get Mary back to bed. Katie slept for almost 9 hours straight! We had a relaxed morning then I put Katie down for a nap and got ready for the day in some of my new birthday clothes. We did yoga then I went to Walmart with Mary girl. We got home and Paul made hot dogs for lunch. I went to my RS meeting then came home and put Katie down for a nap. I made nachos and we watched the Superbowl. Kansas City is getting whooped by Philadelphia.

Monday I got up and pumped first thing. Paul was feeling like he wanted to go out and do something so we got ready and drove to Fallon to eat breakfast at the Wild Horse Cafe (we got takeout, of course). Mary was sad the whole drive down then Paul was sad because they soaked his whole breakfast in gravy. Everyone was upset there for a minute but we all calmed down and ate breakfast in the Fallon Walmart parking lot. Paul went in to see if they had egg whites, but they did not have them. We drove home and played outside for a bit. After I put Katie down for a nap I pumped again and Mary watched Snow White. She wasn't too scared of it, which surprised me. I cleaned up then Katie was up again. We got some Papa Murphy's pizza for dinner then watched Cinderella, which Mary loved! Monday we all slept in. When we all were awake we played in Mary's room then made breakfast. I put Katie down for a nap then pumped. Once Katie got up we drove to Fallon and got Little Caesars pizza. It was good but my tooth is still sore from getting a filling last week. We went to the park and played for an hour before heading back home. We went to Walmart for some fig newtons and chocolate milk. I tried to put Katie down for a nap but it didn't take. I pumped then cleaned up a bit. Paul made scones and I used up the rest of our honey and made honey butter. Katie went down for a nap then. We watched The Incredibles then Katie woke up. Paul fed her while I taught violin. I brushed Mary's teeth after the lesson then put Katie to bed and Paul put Mary to bed. I pumped again before going to sleep. Tuesday marked our 8 year anniversary of the day we got engaged. Monday morning Katie woke up at 7 and we saw Paul off to work. We played together until Mary got up at 7:45. I got my room cleaned then put Katie down for a nap. I had breakfast then finished writing my paragraph while Mary watched a movie. I watered the grass then cleaned the living room and kitchen before Katie woke up. I cleaned Mary's room and started the laundry then cleaned the playroom and office while the girls played with toys. I played with the girls then put Katie down for her second nap. I put a show on for Mary and I exercised and showered then watched Bluey with Mary. We made dinner together (spaghetti). Paul came home early so he could set up the squat rack that was delivered today. I made up the bed and Mary helped me. Katie woke up then. I brushed Mary's teeth while Paul practiced guitar. He put Mary to bed and I played with Katie before putting her to bed. Mary wandered in and I cuddled with her while cuddling Katie on my other side. Paul came in...
