Mary turned 18 months old on Monday! Tuesday night Mary got up a couple times and told me she was sad, and it took a while for her to feel comforted and go back to sleep. Wednesday Mary and I went with some families in the ward to the Fallon outdoor pool which was so fun. Mary loved playing in the water and meeting other kids in the area. One of the girls there taught Mary how to do a fist bump and she's been giving me fist bumps all week since then.

Thursday Mary had her doctor's appointment and we found out that she had an ear infection. I was so surprised because she didn't have a fever or runny nose or anything. I thought her fussiness was just getting used to the new house and she is teething a little bit. So, we got her some antibiotics and hopefully she will be feeling better soon.

After the doctor I took her to the park, and we met up with Lisa and Treea. Treea is two months older than Mary and was guiding her around and they held hands on the playground which just melted my heart. Treea tried to give Mary a hug and a kiss when it was time to leave but Mary was shy about that but gave her a little hug. After we left the park, I got Mary a little smoothie on our way home as a little treat for after her doctor's visit.

Happy birthday to Jessa on Friday! Friday night we got Chinese takeout and watched City Slickers 2. Saturday, we worked in the yard in the morning and then a technician came by in the afternoon to install our smart home features. Saturday night I went to a game night for the moms in the neighborhood and we played Bunco, it was pretty fun. Sunday, we went for a walk then went to church and Mary got to go to nursery for the first time! The Elders came over for dinner and gave us a little lesson.
