This week we went to the children's museum and they had these big bubble wands for the kids to play with before we went into the museum. We saw Julia and Ana again there, Mary played with Nica a little bit and we sat by them for the science presentation on vortices. We also went swimming this week, Mary loves playing in the water.
Friday, we went to the library for story time, Mary wasn't really into it until they sang Itsy Bitsy Spider and then she participated for the rest of the program. We heard good talks at church from a couple who recently moved here from Madison, Wisconsin. We had a good Sunday School discussion on the parables of the laborers, the rich young man, and Zacchaeus.
After church, we drove to Fernley to check on the progress of our house. They have painted the inside and outside of the house and they have poured cement for the driveway and loggia. It looks like they are getting ready to put in the flooring, cabinets, and baseboards. We came home and I made chicken cordon bleu for dinner, and we watched the Celtics v. Heat game. It was my first time making chicken cordon bleu and it was a big success!
