October 30 - November 5 2023

 Tuesday was Halloween and we had so much fun. In the morning we went to our exercise class/play group, and we danced to only Halloween songs then had snacks afterwards. The kids got to decorate witch hats and show off their costumes. Paul came home a little early so we could take Mary to City Hall to trick or treat. The fire station, police station, WM, and a local radio station set up candy stations and the firemen filled up Mary's bucket right away but we went to all the stations so she could get the experience. Then she did the bounce house and loved it so much it was hard to leave. We went home and watched a Halloween movie.

Wednesday, we did a facetime call with Brianna, Lizzy, and Finley. It was so fun to see them and catch up. I attempted to potty train Mary Wednesday and Thursday but it wasn't really clicking so I went back to the potty training book I had and will try again next week.

Friday, we watched our friend's son in the morning then we went to the library for reading time. That afternoon we met up with ShaLay at the park. It was our first play date since she had her baby, it was really fun to talk, and the girls loved playing together.

Saturday, we did another playdate with ShaLay in the morning since Paul had to work. Happy anniversary to Peter and Mykael on Sunday! We enjoyed our extra hour of sleep with daylight savings. We went on a morning walk before Paul had to go to ward council then we went to church, Paul had his coordination meeting right after and I had a presidency meeting that night. Sundays are becoming consistently busy for us.
