Katie: Katie had two more teeth poke through this week! The two other top incisors. Katie has moved into Mary's room - now her and Mary's room! We built her crib, she has been very cramped in the pack and play. She seems to really like it already.
Mary: Mary grabbed a mermaid dress off the clearance rack at Walmart and it was only $1! We had to get it and she loves it!
Mom: I did pretty good with exercising M-F this week but we crashed out with eating on the weekend. I did not get a lot of sleep Friday night and that definitely didn't help. I'm looking at data analytics to make some extra money. Paul might do it too, if he has time. Uprooted and my new glasses came on Monday and it has been great to have the book and continue to work on my screenplay of it. The glasses are too big and the prescription didn't come out great, so I have to deal with that this next week.
Dad: Dad had a hard time with work this week but is going to talk to his boss this next week to get some new projects and offload some old ones. He did great with exercising and eating M-F. We're excited to try some new changes this week to help us be consistent with our efforts to be healthy.
This week's activities: This week was relaxed. Monday I took the girls on a walk to the mailbox to get the mail (book) but it was really hot and Mary was very thirsty and tired when we got home. Tuesday we grabbed some duck eggs from our neighbor. Wednesday we grabbed our picnic blanket and met the Durocher's, Allen's, and Rylie Johnson at the park. It was pretty nice in the shade, it was pretty cool comparatively. Thursday we went to the church for REFIT with Lindsay, it was just me and Penelope that attended this week. We went to the library after and Mary got to make a paper umbrella and write a little story. She got a cherry sucker and she and Katie played with the library toys. We played in the shade in front of the library before heading home. Paul got home before 1pm on Friday. That morning I made lemon muffins with a raspberry glaze, banana bread, and peanut butter cookies with chocolate kisses. When Paul got home we drove to Fallon and got Los Gallos for dinner. Mary fell asleep in the car, she got up at 6 am that morning. Paul and I had a good talk about movies and writing and stories. Katie was awake but happy in her car seat the whole time. I put in my calories in the app and I did some exercising before putting Mary to bed. I took a shower and put Mary to bed again. She was less sleepy since she took a nap in the car. We woke up Saturday feeling very tired. We got breakfast at Taco Bell and went grocery shopping, where Mary found her mermaid dress. Mary and I got McDonalds for dinner that afternoon. Sunday we put Katies crib together and she seemed to really like it. Hopefully the girls sleep well while sharing a room. Mary and I went to church for the second hour and I liked the lesson in relief society. Paul and I cleaned our very messy house in the afternoon while the girls played in Katie's crib.
